Order Processing Time
There is a two-day delay between placing your order and the processing stage. During this time, we take great care to ensure the safe preparation of your items for shipment.
Shipping Time
Your order will be processed and shipped within 12-18 business days from the processing date. Please note that Sundays and holidays are non-working days, so we do not ship or deliver on these days. Delivery usually takes an additional 7-10 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
Tracking Your Order
After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This number will be active within 24 hours and allows you to track the status of your shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
If an item doesn’t fit or is not suitable, no problem—you are eligible for an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. However, please note that we cannot accept or replace items that have been damaged after delivery.
Shipping Options
We ship internationally via DHL and FedEx Express. International orders are typically processed in 3 to 5 working days and arrive in 1 to 3 days, depending on the customer’s location. However, please note that delivery times are not guaranteed, as delays may occur with DHL and FedEx.
