Order Processing Time

There is a two-day delay between placing your order and the processing stage. During this time, we take great care to ensure the safe preparation of your items for shipment.

Shipping Time

Your order will be processed and shipped within 12-18 business days from the processing date. Please note that Sundays and holidays are non-working days, so we do not ship or deliver on these days. Delivery usually takes an additional 7-10 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This number will be active within 24 hours and allows you to track the status of your shipment.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our Support Team within 2 working days of placing your order.

Cancellation requests received after 2 working days may not be accepted if the order has already entered production, processing, or shipping.

To request a cancellation, please contact our Support Team with your order number, full name, and reason for cancellation.

Refunds

If an order is successfully cancelled before production or shipment, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank. Once the refund has been issued by us, the time required for the funds to appear in your account is determined by your payment provider.
