Order Processing Time
There is a two-day delay between placing your order and the processing stage. During this time, we take great care to ensure the safe preparation of your items for shipment.
Shipping Time
Your order will be processed and shipped within 12-18 business days from the processing date. Please note that Sundays and holidays are non-working days, so we do not ship or deliver on these days. Delivery usually takes an additional 7-10 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
Tracking Your Order
After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This number will be active within 24 hours and allows you to track the status of your shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
Policies
- Refunds will be made for all merchandise in original, unused condition within 30 days of the date of delivery.

- Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.
- Merchandise indicated as “Final sale” cannot be returned. If a return is made on a final sale item the refund will not be processed.
- Shipping and handling costs and any other charges are non-refundable.
- Refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
- Price adjustments will be honored within 14 days of purchase.

How to Return an Item
Repack the item you wish to return in its original packaging with the original tags still attached. Please be sure to include the return form provided with your return request inside the return package.

Please record the tracking number used from the label for your records. If our label is used, a charge of $6 will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may use any traceable method of shipment.
